After being nominated for eviction by Janelle Pierzina, Big Brother 7: All-Stars' fourth Head of Household, Diane Henry became the fourth houseguest to be evicted from CBS's Big Brother 7: All-Stars house.

Earlier in the week, Janelle had initially nominated Erika and Mike "Boogie" Malin for eviction -- a decision that she'd hope would appease both her Big Brother 6 alliance (which wanted her to break up Will and Boogie's two-person "Chilltown" alliance) and her own personal belief (heavily influenced by her conversations with Will) that the competition's five remaining "floaters," the houseguests' term for what they perceive to be the non-allied or comparatively powerless members of the All-Stars house, were more of a threat to her four-person BB6 alliance than "Chilltown."
However, despite her decision to attempt to pacify her Big Brother 6 allies by nominating "Boogie," Janelle still hoped that he would win the show's Power Of Veto competition -- a move that would give her a second chance to convince her allies that the "floaters" were the larger threat and replace "Boogie" with a second "floater" nominee.
Sure enough, that's what ended up happening, and "Boogie" opted to remove himself from the chopping block during Tuesday's Big Brother broadcast. With "Boogie" now safe, Janelle -- much to the dismay of her allies, particularly James Rhine -- decided that Diane (another "floater") would replace him and join Erika on the chopping block. Janelle's decision to not nominate Will as "Boogie's" replacement infuriated James, who took her action as a sign that she had decided to betray her existing allies and was instead now working with "Chilltown."
"The Season Six alliance for me is done... done... over... Janelle is gone, she's a piece of shit," James vented in the show's private Diary Room. "I called Janie out on everything, I told her she lied to my face," James later explained to Danielle Reyes, his own non-BB6 alliance ally. "It's on! The war begins tomorrow. I want to start the revolution. When I get HOH next week, I'm going to 'backdoor' that bitch."
Diane, a 24-year-old aspiring model/actress who is originally from Cincinnati, OH and currently resides in Hollywood, CA, learned her fate during last night's live Big Brother 7 broadcast. After leaving the house, Diane was interviewed by Julie Chen about her experience.
Once Diane was evicted and interviewed, the remaining houseguests began to compete in "Caught In The Web," Big Brother 7: All-Stars' fifth Head of Household competition. As the outgoing HoH, Janelle was not eligible to compete.
An endurance challenge that required the contestants to climb into an giant rope spider web and remain suspended without touching the ground below, the challenge had just begun as Thursday's live Big Brother ended. In addition to giving the Head of Household role to its winner, each of the first five houseguests eliminated would get to select one of five giant spider eggs, two of which were rotten. The other three contained a "Slop-free Pass" that allowed a houseguest to be able to get out of a week's worth of slop food restriction, a pass allowing one houseguest to nullify the eviction vote of one other houseguest, and $10,000 in cash. While the results of the challenge are already known to the show's 24/7 live Internet feed viewers, CBS will reveal the winner of the Head of Household challenge during Sunday night's Big Brother broadcast (if you don't want to wait until then to find out what happened, highlight the area below.)
Will was the first one to exit the challenge, lasting only about ten minutes. Will got a rotten egg. James won the ability to cancel another houseguest's eviction vote, Marcellas won the slop pass, and "Boogie" won the money. Marcellas, George, Howie, Erika, and Danielle were the final five. George finished fourth -- just missing out on the final egg containing the slop pass which ended up with Marcellas. Despite the vocal objections of his fellow Big Brother 6 allies, Howie appeared to cut a deal with Danielle and dropped out of the challenge. Erika dropped seconds later, giving Danielle the week's HoH title.
Danielle's HoH challenge victory marks the first time that one of the All-Stars edition's four former Big Brother 6 houseguests has not served as either Head of Household or co-Head of Household.
In addition to launching the show's fifth Head of Household competition, Big Brother host Julie Chen also made one other significant announcement in the live broadcast's closing minutes -- next Thursday, the show will unveil the "Coup d’Etat," a new twist that "will allow one person to overthrow the HoH at a moment's notice."
