The third and final episode of the wedding special was the No. 1 television program of the night in both total viewers and the Adults 18-49 demographic, leading the second-place networks in the time period by 3.2 million viewers (17.1 million vs. NBC's 13.9 million) and by 60% in Adults 18-49 (7.2/18 vs. FOX's 4.5/11).

Compared to Part 2 of the wedding arc on the prior Wednesday, Part 3 of Trista & Ryan's Wedding grew by almost 4 million viewers (17.1 million vs. 13.2 million) and by 20% in Adults 18-49 (7.2/18 vs. 6.0/16).

ABC estimates that 26 million viewers tuned in to at least some portion of the program, watching at least 6 minutes or more of the broadcast.

In the Adult 18-34 "reality" demographic (7.0/20), Trista & Ryan's Wedding qualifies as ABC's second-highest-rated telecast (any program) this season, behind only the November 19 finale of Bob Guiney's The Bachelor edition, however the wedding special finale still trailed behind last week's other big reality finale -- NBC's Average Joe, which drew 17.4 million viewers and some of NBC's best Monday night ratings in over ten years.
