NBC has announced some open casting calls for the previously announced second edition of Who Wants to Marry My Dad? -- last summer's hit relationship series. The producers are looking for attractive, single Dads with great personalities who have at least two children who are at least 18 years old - as well as attractive, personable and single women who want to get married.

As in the first season of the popular reality show, the adult children of a single father will choose among several women to decide which one would be the ideal wife for their Dad. The six-episode series will include the outrageous “secret tasks” and popular “lie-detector” tests that helped make the show such a hit with viewers this summer. More than 11 million viewers tuned in to the August 11 finale of Who Wants to Marry My Dad? -- making it that week’s #1 telecast in both total viewers and the Adults 18-49 demographic.

Those interested in auditioning for “Dad” can call 323-951-7070 or apply online by visiting the “contestants” page at www.nbc.com, which also lists location dates and times for casting calls. There will be open calls in Scottsdale (Arizona), Dallas, Cleveland and Ft. Lauderdale (Florida) on Saturday, November 15, and Sunday, November 16. Venue locations are listed below.

The series is produced by NBC Studios and Nash Entertainment. Bruce Nash (For Love or Money) - who created both Meet My Folks and Who Wants to Marry My Dad? - serves as executive producer along with Scott Satin (The Most Outrageous Game Show Moments).
