Following on the heels of last week's news that CBS has picked up "Big Brother" for three more years, the network has announced that it has begun the lengthy process of casting for next summer's "Big Brother 5."

Applications are now available online from CBS.com, although the application notes that the casting is a "rolling application process" with no current application deadline assigned. According to the application, when determined, the deadline will be posted on CBS.com at least ten days before applications stop being accepted.

Semi-finalist interviews are currently planned for May or June 2004.
