Maksim Chmerkovskiy says he's making sure to spoil his "independent" fiancee Peta Murgatroyd during her pregnancy.
"Right now we're figuring out what is going on," Chmerkovskiy told reporters.
"For the longest time, [Peta] was like, 'The body parts are getting bigger!' Or she would have morning sickness ... and she would say, 'What's wrong with me?'"
"Peta's a strong sort of independent character," he said.
"But it's not like, 'Oh, I want this and I want that.' She doesn't voice her needs like that. She's like, 'Just surprise me with spoils.'"Chmerkovskiy revealed his fiancee has expensive cravings, including for "five-star restaurants" and "grass-fed organic kobe beef."
The couple got engaged in December and confirmed they are expecting in June.
"I'm looking forward to putting all our energy into this beautiful soul."
Chmerkovskiy is partnered with television personality Amber Rose on "Dancing with the Stars" Season 23.
The pair scored a 24 with their Viennese waltz to the "Game of Thrones" theme song on Monday's episode.
