Playboy Enterprises is selling the Playboy Mansion -- and the six-acre estate on which it sits -- and the asking price will be at least $200 million.

TMZ reported the Holmby Hills property is to be listed next month.

A stipulation to the sale is that 89-year-old Playboy founder Hugh Hefner must be allowed to continue living there for the rest of his life.

The estate has a well-known history since Hefner has hosted countless wild parties for celebrities at the mansion, which was built in 1927.

Hefner's home is also where much of his reality show "The Girls Next Door" was shot.
