The emotional preview sees the 24-year-old reality star and sister Jessa Duggar allude to brother Josh Duggar's recent scandals. The three-part special, "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," will follow the sisters as they cope with Josh's problems and move on with their respective lives.

"The whole world was shocked," Jill said of her family's public troubles. "You're angry and hurt and all those emotions all mixed together. I cry a lot of tears. I still do. I know I'm hurting."

Josh confessed in May to molesting five girls, including Jill and Jessa, as a teenager. The 27-year-old was further disgraced when he admitted in August to cheating on wife Anna Duggar following word he had an account on extramarital affair site Ashley Madison.

The Duggar family's TLC series, "19 Kids & Counting," was canceled in the wake of Josh's sex abuse scandal. Jill and Jessa previously addressed their molestation on the special "Breaking the Silence," and "Counting On" will also document Jill's mission trip and Jessa's first pregnancy.

"In the weeks ahead, language school will become much more intense as we work to become fluent in Spanish," Jill wrote of her return to El Salvador on her blog.

"It will be many months before we are able to make a short visit back to the States again. Please keep praying for us!"
