The magazine chose Kris Jenner, 59, and daughters Kourtney Kardashian, 36, Kim Kardashian, 34, Khloe Kardashian, 31, Kendall Jenner, 19, and Kylie Jenner, 18, as the face of their 50th anniversary edition.

"We're so excited to reveal our November @Cosmopolitan cover in honor of Cosmo's 50th birthday!" Khloe wrote on Instagram. "Make sure to follow @Cosmopolitan for behind-the-scenes photos from the shoot and look for the issue everywhere in stores next week!"

The cover shoot marked the first time the six women were photographed together since 2011. The 16-page spread features several group shots, and explores the family dynamic that helped catapult the Kardashian-Jenner household to fame.

"No one could have predicted the Kardashians' and Jenners' success," Ryan Seacrest said in the interview.

"But when you spend time with them, what resonates is the family unit. There are so many things about them that are glamorous, crazy and unlike our lives, but the sense of family is universal."

The family continues to star on E! series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," which premiered in 2007 and airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET. The show has inspired several spinoffs, including "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami" and "Dash Dolls," which airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.
