A source told the website Gosselin and Prescott were sneaking kisses and left the establishment after 1:30 a.m.
Gosselin and Prescott allegedly had been dating for months by the time they were first linked in January. The reality star subsequently dismissed romance rumors, telling "Extra" her relationship with the COO is business-related.
Gosselin and ex-husband Jon Gosselin were married from 1999 to 2009, and have eight children together. The couple came to fame on TLC reality series "Jon & Kate Plus 8," which was renamed "Kate Plus 8" after their divorce.
