Lindsay Lohan left the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., and checked into the Cliffside rehab clinic in Malibu, UsMagazine.com said.
She checked into the Betty Ford Center May 3 but reportedly was unhappy with her treatment there and requested a transfer, which prosecutors initially rejected.
UsMagazine.com said prosecutors approved the move to Cliffside Wednesday because they felt the actress would benefit from the change.
No other details regarding the transfer were immediately available.
She was most recently seen in a guest role on Charlie Sheen's sitcom, "Anger Management."
