A large clapboard house for sale in New York comes with an unusual feature for the area -- a 14-foot-high treehouse in the back yard.

Cynthia "C.C." Rivera, whose ex-husband, Fox News Channel anchor Geraldo Rivera, purchased the house for $6.6 million in 2000, said the treehouse behind the 1866 clapboard home is unique for a Manhattan home, the New York Post reported Friday.
"When I bought the home, I was told that it was the only treehouse in Manhattan and that there was another one in Brooklyn," Cynthia Rivera said.
Rivera said her daughters used the tree house for tea parties when they were young.
"The treehouse fits four girls comfortably, but six girls have been up there, too," she said.
The home is being listed for $10.5 million.
