Dennis Quaid buys $3.1 million home for ex-wife and kids

Dennis Quaid bought a $3.1 million house in Los Angeles for his soon-to-be ex-wife and five-year-old twins to live in, legal documents indicate.

Under the terms of the couple's divorce settlement, Kimberly Buffington-Quaid is allowed to have exclusive occupancy of the house until the children turn 18, TMZ reported Saturday.
Under certain conditions, she would be allowed to remain in the house beyond the children's 18th birthday.
The title to the house is under both Quaid and Buffington-Quaid's names, TMZ reported.
Quaid bought the house in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood from CBS TV Distribution President John Nogawski.
