The show stars Jason Bateman as a good son who must run the family business after his father, played by Jeffrey Tambor, is sent to prison for crooked accounting procedures.
The network was quiet about renewing the show since its finale a few weeks ago since ratings were down slightly to 5.8 million viewers this season, compared with 6.1 million viewers last season.
When it will air won't be known until later this week when Fox announces its lineup, the New York Daily News said Tuesday.
Fox also ordered a second season of "Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy," a reality series where mothers switch families for a week.
