The song, penned by Glen Ballard and Alan Silvestri, is from the movie "The Polar Express" and was performed by Groban on its soundtrack.

While the performers for the Feb. 27 show have not been officially announced, Counting Crows will play "Accidentally in Love" from "Shrek 2" and Minnie Driver will sing the Andrew Lloyd Webber/Charles Hart song "Learn To Be Lonely" from "The Phantom of the Opera."

Performers have yet to be announced for the two other best original song nominees, "Al Otro Lado Del Rio" from "The Motorcycle Diaries," and "Look To Your Path" from "The Chorus."
