'Simple Life' star Nicole Richie engaged to disc jockey Adam Goldstein

"Simple Life" star Nicole Richie and Los Angeles-based disc jockey Adam Goldstein are engaged, Zap2it.com reports.

Richie, the 23-year-old daughter of singer Lionel Richie, has been dating Goldstein for about a year while she works with Paris Hilton on the third round of their Fox series.
Her bio also lists her as an aspiring actress and singer in the band, "Darling."
Goldstein, who works under the name DJ AM, spun records at the Maxim Super Bowl party and Fox's Winter Press Tour bash.
